Tried a third time..

Well I did what some urged me to do.. And cross referenced my 411 again. But to no avail.. And I have no clue as to how to get in touch with Admin, other then trying to ask for help from here.
It still tells me that im a level 2 user..

Not that it was purchased by another family member for him as a gift. But, someone in his family brought it from someone else in his family, for him. Does this guy expect you to believe that this was a third party purchase now?

nowayinheck - calm down brother. No one called you a hacker. I am sure if you contact Stardock support they can sort out this mess. If you give it a chance, this site is a great site to be part of. Lots of forgiving souls here. i am one of them.

There's always a new UzEE. I think UzEE won a subscription, now he is quiet and content. Now, we have a new UzEE. Yep, there's nowayinheck alright. nowayinheck that you are going to fool anyone. KarmaGirl says there's nothing under the email address, no real name. But, if the server crashes again, I'm pointing fingers.

I don't understand the whole cross referencing thing in the first place, why must they insist on us going through such lengths just to register, so that we are only allowed a little more options in their website?

(My Personal Opinion)
I think the 50MB limit is more than fair. If after downloading 50MB, you can't contribute in some form or manner, then you are of no benefit to the community, nor the business. If you like the product enough to download that much, which is a lot of skins, you should give something back.

When I say UzEE, Kona, I mean figuratively. Someone who is trying to trick others to get what they want. I seriously doubt that nowayinheck will have a family member with the same last name, anywhere in the Stardock Member files. Nor will he produce a email address from a family member. But, if he stops the attempts at deception and registers legitimately, all will be forgiven. We are a very forgiving community.

The Cross-Referencing is only needed when people use a different email address to make the purchase, than the one they use to log in to the site. Otherwise, there is no way for the site to know that you have actually made a purchase.

OK I have heard and seen enough for one day...
I went through all the hoops that you people told me to do.. And I haven't found a resolution yet.. And I've come to the conclusion that I am not going to! But before I rest myself of this whole dam mess.. Im just going to respond to some of you by saying this...
It seems to me, that "YOU" are the hacker. If you know what name I used or didn't use, then you know to dam much!!! I will tell you this though! My name is JOHN! Do you want a lastname too??? I have NOTHING to hide from you people.. Hell im not smart enough to do what you have suggested that I have done anynow.
Who in the hell left you people in charge anyhow?? YOu've become my judge, and jury and have convicted me of no less then "Hackeing", Wanting "Sympathy from the community", and God only knows what the hell else.! This is really unbelievable... I had stardock on the phone to pay for a new subscription when I read these last replies that you left ... And I was just horrified! I said nevermind, and hung up the phone.. I don't WANT to be a part of a "Community", that is this judgemental, and this slanderous. The real sad thing for me is.. Is that this is what I guess some would call "The Virtual world"? I dunno.. But There isn't enough crap going on in the world, but we have to bring it to this level too???
I must have been very sorely Naive... And for that Im ashamed of myself... But I will not take part in a group of people like this.. No way in hell am I going to be a hypocryte... I'm a single father trying to do my best to raise a 10 yr old girl in this world, that I have brought her into. her mother was lost two years ago.. And its been quite a life-changing experience.!!! You want to know why I brought this to the table?
She has been watching all of this since my first message which im sorry to say I EVER did in the first place!!! She asked me to delete all of the wallpapers that I downloaded for her. And I said sure hon.. Daddy has taken them all off.. I won't have so much as a cookie left in my system, after I finished this message. its not worth waisting my time, and effort into something like this.. My lttle girl is the one who got it right..
Forget them dad.. We don't need them anyhow... And she's right.
I hope none of you ever run into my Dilemma ... But if you do, remember me.. Then think back... You never know who you are till you've looked in the mirror.. Sometimes you don't like what you see looking back.
My daugher says.. I'll pray for them daddy... Its alright... God, if only we ALL had that inner-child in us... And can see the world through there eyes

Nowayinheck. Your best bet is to contact Stardock directly, either via email or by phone and have the problem sort out. When it comes to the purchase of Stardock's product, only a Stardock employee can really provide the help and support that you need.
Posting in the message board will only draw comments from people that don’t really have the power or responsibility to aid you. If you have Stardock's phone number, call them and I’m more than sure that you'll get a faster and better result than the comments and instructions that you get here.

KarmaGirl is the exact person you should be contacting, not the general populace of this site, but the person responsible for dealing with Stardock Customer account issues.
If and when you pass on the requested information relating to your purchases only then can the problem you are having be resolved and sorted for you.
This 'shouldn't' be a complicated process, but sometimes the information used for attempting to Register on this site can be at odds with what is officially on record.
If I had spent $20 US to purchase a site access I'd go out of my way to assist those whose task it is to see that you actually get to use that purchase.
The fact that you are still having problems means you have NOT gone through all the 'hoops', as had you done so your problems would be resolved now.

Screw this ! I've done what everyone has told me to do. So the hell with it. you people keep your site, and keep your products.. I'll just be trying to warn everyone that I know, to not trust this site! Hell, its no skin from my nose...
