In many ways,it's helped me understand how you can still be creative in this hi-tech age.I LOVE DARK SKINS!!! I don't have the first clue how to go about it but i'm going to try to make one myself,do i have to be a paid-up member or U.S. resident or something? This may take me a while...wish me luck!

Have fun making a skin, I am trying to make my first one over Xmas.
And yes while having a registered version of windowblinds isn't vital it is helpful because while you can skin almost everything you can't see it all in an unregistered version of windowblinds making it hard to test if everything works right.

Even if you don't have the registered version of WB you can make skins for it. But it helps if you have the registered version, because that doesn't have any limitations.
I hope you will enjoy your time here, scubabliss. We have a help and skinning forum if you need any help (see the top of this page). There are Stardock newsgroups too if you need some serious help.
Cya around.
