[release] Object Dock Sounder

Object Dock Sounder is a small application that will run in background and will play a sound when you hoover over an Object Dock Item.

Excellent, as usual...what fun! Need to be able to make a shorcut to the config window, though...I know I'm gonna forget the key sequence sooner or later...

This version will only start one instance. When another one is started, it will show the settings dialog of the other instance.

This has some interesting possibilities ,especially for the vision impaired.If it had the capability of assigning individual sounds to each icon paired with OD's ability to zoom icons.(hehe is that tough enough for you? 
)
.My problem is it wont delete,or turn off.Cant even overwrite with your update.Finally got it to turn off by rebooting but it still wont delete or overwrite.
.I'm sure you will get this fixed up really neat.I think it needs a 'clicked sound more than a mouse over and maybe a 'program' launched sound.( all 3 would be cool too).Right now it wont launch itself,nothing happens when I click the icon.Is it supposed to be in the OD folder?(I screwed up and clicked it from the desktop)

I was thinking of that too, but now, I don't see any possibility to determine which type of icon something is.
You did hit control + alt + shift + f12 and exited the app in the settings dialog?
I am busy on the clicked sound btw Having some problems with coding though.
BTW, I think this will be a cool (and IMHO easy to add) option for a possible next release of Object Dock. (hint, hint, hint ).

OK another reboot and I was able to overwrite.It works fine,but when your mouseing sideways it trys to start the sound for each icon you pass,thats why I thought a clicked sound instead of a mouseover sound would be more use.

One way would be to tie it to the windows voice synth. and have it read out the text title of the icon.Sounds tough to me tho...

.My suggestion for the sound activation for now would be A general wave sound for the activation of the dock rather than each icon,then a sound for when you click an icon.Will it play mp3's instead of .wav's?

->added "on dock item click", play sound option
->added "on dock enter/leave" play sound
Note: This version comes with an extra file called mousehook.dll. This is needed for the onclick event.
