It is a good machine but hard to upgrade!

RanmaSaotome.... Since you work at Dell, I have a dead cell line in the bottom third of my screen, have had it for about a year. Have contacted Dell several times about getting my screen replaced, and they have avoided it every time. Can u suggest who I should contact to get my screen replaced? I am only 1 1/2 years into my 3 year warranty...
