CursorXP Theme Request

This should be a simple theme, I guess, and I dont even know if this is where I should make a request but in any case, this is what I want. I want the bubblegum skin that comes with CursorXP but with the cursors green and instead of the bubblegum loading cursor I want an hour glass except it should go along with the theme, being bigger than normal and whatever. Thanks.

If this is not where I should make a request please tell me where I should make it!

Umm, cursor XP stuff isnt really that hard to make. If you just recolour the cursors and make your own hourglass, you should be able to do what you need. All you need is a .png editor, which I believe the Gimp does, along with Fireworks and Photoshop.

I dont have Gimp, Fireworks or Photoshop, and I am not really in to skinning, which is why I came here in the first place asking for the skin.
