The plug part isn't my main issue, but the FULL SIZE WALL sure is. How in the heck is someone who is on a dial up connection going to take part in this message board if it continues and they do not know when or where someone is going to post a wall paper in a thread?
My DSL is back up so speed isn't a personal issue for me, but I find it rather ignorant of someone to spout some mumbo jumbo as if it is the meaning of life and existence only to follow the post up with some blatant advertisement and Wall submission in a Message thread...
anyway...
back to being inane and ineffectual for me...

I probably wigged a bit and do apologize for it.

cool-one sounds great, though my wife would flip if I popped a top at 2:51 in the morning

What really bites is that I will not be allowed to have anything other than water and the odd soda for 48 weeks starting in a month if everything works out.

| Iplural is correct, Jafo has been a military term since long before the movies. I pretty sure, Paul choose the nick, because that what he is as a volunteer racing official, ...... and the O stands for observer, not operator. |
I always wondered where it came from...

A 'co-pilot' in an military aircraft is often called an 'ex', for Executive Officer, but the derogatory name given to them by the pilot is 'JAFO', as their role is 'observation' and navigation/ECM/target acquisition, etc....but they don't actually get to be 'six feet tall and sit at the front of the plane'.
My official role with the FIA and FIM is 'Observer', being the on-location witness to racing incidents which may be brought before the stewards for penalty, etc.
The problem has always been that when you ever say you're a Motor Race Official people always respond 'oh, you're a flaggie'....so I came up with the notion of recognition of those who don't [always] wave flags but actually do 'real' work as JAFOs....
