How come I see the ratings now?

Is this a new feature? All of a sudden I can see the ratings link next to the "Comments" link for skins/stuff. Is this some new thing or did my user get a bump in the chain of command?

You're still a citizen, so you shouldn't have it. So, it has to be as Jafo said: Gremlins.

Actually, I cannot rate, I can just see the ratings on other skins. I didn't used to see that.

Well, I just signed out and took a look. So even as a non-citizen I was able to see the ratings.

Last I heard, a level 3 could see the ratings but not rate. This seems to change all the time.

Hey Jafo, Since we're on ratings, I thought that was a bug awhile back that the ratings disappeared> I forgot about it but I can once again rate but not see ratings...

hash....yes, it's a 'bug' ....probably through server moving, etc.....heaven knows how it'll all turn out when everything settles down properly....

Here, the bank accident ly deposited 20K in a guys bank account. Not one to question things, he spent it quickly. Now he is on probation and working long hours to pay it back. And he has a criminal record.
Course this is way off topic.... I'm sure WC won't prosecute anyone for illegal ogling of raitings....

hmm... this is way off topic too but last time I dont know what i did but i could see all of adni18 skins and the total of dls too (about 5 millions) and the whole time i thought those information were private.
