Help Uploading Dasktop Image

I've tried several times uploading a desktop image but cannot.Am I doing some thing wrong? I print screen, open in paint, save the image to a file. browse for that image click on it and hit submit. It seems like it's working but after about 5 minutes I get a messege page cannot be displayed, Database connection error. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you,

i got the same problem. i had to log off, kill cokkies, and log back in.

Still no luck! File is a .jpg, was using IE switched to Mozilla 1.4 and killed cookies. and get this messegeActive Server Pages error 'ASP 0113'
