To whom it may concern.
-Heyo WinCustomize 
Me & Kitty got a couple of Masterskins in "Moderation" and more coming in the next few days... -As nothing is showing on Wincustomize yet, we kinda wonder how long we can expect the Moderation to take nowadays since Island dog left ?

This is taking too long. -We are quite dependant on that this gets up and running (why wasn't this fixed Before Spencer left?)

Good question Andy, I would have thought it would have been taken care of before he left too. I have a new skin in the queue now too,

I would think that Spencer was responsible enough to have given Stardock plenty of heads up of his leaving, so why the long wait to fill said position, or was it filled by Paul aka Jafo?

Come on now! What the heck is going on? I had one Master Skin approved after Spencer left Stardock, so why can't skins in the queue be approved also?

Wouldn't surprise me that Stardock would just do away with Master Skin sales altogether, I pray they don't, but I wouldn't be surprised....

That is not the case. We have just been on ramping quite a few new people of late and this has lagged behind a bit. Any in the queue now will be processed shortly.

Love seeing all your great work but I have a lot of irons in the fire at the moment.
I did write a better process for someone else to follow this morning, however.

The Master Skin approval process needs to be in-house to be done completely.
At the moment it looks like I can only get part of it done from here as I'm about 9000 miles away and my arms don't quite reach.
We expect that things will get organized pretty soonish...
