Start 11 wishlist

I hope there is none already.
- Option to show tiles without text (icons only)
- Option to automatically sort shortcuts alphabetically
- Option to colorize the white section of the Win 7 Style startmenu (for example accent color from windows)

I installled start11 for windows11 preciew, and find the software does not work............everything is still the same ?
The wishlist thread isn't really the right place for this as it will get lost as this is about features wanted and isn't an official SD thread but a customer created one so support will not monitor it the same.
If you create a post in the forum on its own you should get some tech support.

Winaero tweaker has the ability to move task bar. But it doesn't play nice with start11. But for the time being if you can put up with windows 11 start menu you can have either on bottom left or right or top. I use it to make the task bar smaller. As long as I keep the start bar on the bottom it plays well with Start11.
Thanks. If Start11 doesn't add this, I may end up doing Winaero instead, I can probably live with the rest of the Windows 11 start menu. But hopefully this capability will be in Start11 as well.
The next Start11 update will support it if you put the taskbar at the top in win11 and even animate the correct direction.
For now we are not going to add in access to that registry key that winaero tweaker is modifying as there is significant risk that Microsoft may change things and it might cause problems such as explorer crashing or simply stop working in future updates. Obviously if you change the key on your own or via a tool like that then thats ok, Start11 will work with it.

Please make the rounded Start Menu of Start11 in Windows 11 available for users of Windows 10 as well. And perhaps the rectangular version in Windows 10 in Windows 11.

Carl's thread is for, as it's title states...a 'wish list' for Start 11.
