Interesting in this case is that ISPs cannot be hold responsible for the contents of a web site. They just provide the medium, not the contents. Also a hyperlink which points to material that infringes upon a copyright is now ruled not to be the responsibility of the ISPs.

Don't worry about it. Nobody here is interested in the freedom of opinion, unless the USA is involved.
