denny, I prefer quality. File sizes don't matter so much to me, cause I'm on broadband. But people with dialup may lean more to smaller file sizes. Downloading a 1 - 2 MB file at 56K or less can be pretty slow.

Create your work in the best possible quality - rendering, then try to make it small in size with another program, as small is possible, but without the eye be able to notice the difference.
(Only the prinder will notice it
- but this is something we don't have to pay any attention). This way you will please every one

And yes, keep the quality up as much as possible. Do overnight renderings if it takes too long.

1-3 mag. is questionable for the user with the 56k modem because it does take a few to download.

I'm OK downloading, but uploading bites on a Satellite modem (still way
faster than dial-up). I think it's true that you want it to move faster no
matter what your connection is.
I wonder how many of our users are still on dialup? Didn't we do a poll of that awhile ago?
KarmaGirl goes off looking for the answer.....

On the last poll (which was a long time ago) about 1/5 were still on
dialup. I started a new poll with slightly different wording to see if the
results are the same. (The other poll had been up for a few weeks, anyway
and needed a change.) So, go vote!
