is there any way to convert WindowsBlind theme into .msstyles format?

-I just looked at their forum, and see people like Mr GRiMM (a famous theme maker),
talking about a start menu in Windows 10 section. So I gather program still works in Windows 10.

Perhaps You should state that it is a "NoGo" to publish those styles afterwards without permission.

-If one "Modifies" an existing theme of course it should be for Personal use only.

-IF however, he creates a skin from scratch with the Editor then he can do whatever he wants with it.
-We all learned how to skin by first modifying and looking "under the hood" of existing skins etc.

Yes, Open the Windowblinds skin in Skin studio, then open and save all the Parts/images of the skin (that you want to use) in Photoshop and save them to disk.
-Put them all in to the "MsStyles-Editor" of your choice and create your new MsStyle
-Other than this procedure -NO
