It depends on who mods it and how simple they think it is. Then if people like it and if they decide to rate it. You could get a higher rating. I don't know the whole scale of how they judge of what they make it the first time they put it out. But that's by what I know at the moment.

Moderators can be a little tough at times but thats why they are there.My recent WB submission came out of the gate with a 6 and I was very disappointed(I had way over 50 hours invested in it).But as more people rated it it worked up to an 8 so give it some time.Moderators see so much work go thru here you cant expect them to find every upload as special as we do. They rarely rate anything high unless it is something stellar.I do think they tend to rate everything about 2 points lower than I would but thats just my opinion.

DavidK once went thru 1000 walls to check on something for me.I havnt heard from him since.I think I broke him.
