What do you do to relieve numb butt?

My computer chair is a modified seat from the back of my van(complete with seatbelts for those intense skinning sessions)and I still get numb butt.Walking the dog is good,butt clinches help,but what's best?

So, if I strip naked and turn up my monitor brightness, then I won't need to go to the beach to tan? What about radiation burns? Hmm. lol.

Walk at least once an hour from your chair to your fridge and get yourself something to eat and or drink 
That way your butt will build up a nice layer of blubber which will work as a perfect insulation layer

I sit on the folding chair with padding. Afterwhile, I get a numb ass. It feels great to walk, stretch & get away from the comp for awhile.

Got a nice black leather comfortable chair... a numb butt isn't the problem, but what do you guys do to get rid of the headache after falling a sleap on your desk?
