"Animstrip" for Png strips

This is the message I get, when I try to download said file....
"Sorry, this file is infected with a virus
Only the owner is allowed to download infected files."

What am I missing here, I click on the image that says "AnimStrip", and get nothing, double click on same image, and it opens up to tell me the Folder is "Empty", I don't get it, I know I'm old, but.... I'm not use to this type of way to get a file. 
is there a link to the site?

I used the download button and downloaded an empty zip.
Odd.
