For the most part people GIVE here...of their talents and artistry and wordz. It's a fun place when people can communicate on a higher level (i.e. with effort to share and feel and want to truly make an effort to KNOW another soul as bland an introduction as it may be but a person is a person and a soul on the whole).
It's easy to bash or flame or *jump* on someone...or to judge someone too. It shows great maturity to hold off on said sentence when someone can hold off from purposely making degrading comments to ppl.
All our opinionated opinion of course BUT: Friendship starts with identifying to such an extent with someone that a certain bond is formed. That bond grows stronger over time and pretty soon you can almost read the other's mind.
Each individual who posts here can give from their heart or shoot aimlessly from the hip...
Sure, we don't SEE you...but what you write is READ and DIGESTED and maybe even FELT too.
Is it SUCH a sacrifice to be kind to your fellow man whom might be hurt for whatever reason being? Is it such a hard task to take two steps back and put yourself in THEIR shoes?
Are we Saints? Nope. Do we get pissed? Yep. But there are CONSTRUCTIVE ways of dealing with frustrations and misconceptions and also DESTRUCTIVE ways of dealing with frustrations.
Are you a WUSSY cuz ya care about and consider someone else's feelings? Yeesh. We sure hope not!
Even though we haven't been here a whole long time we have begun to truly care about a lot of folks here. We'd like to think that is the whole POINT of having a community...the "caring" aspect eh?
Koasati spent prolly too much time on our upload today (duh) and we finally were able to fix our script error...but the point is...he was polite and WANTING to help us and bent over backwards to do so. These people are US... WE...OUR... These folks deserve more credit for what they do to keep this site alive than anyone... We don't EVEN wanna think about the stuff these guys go through in submissions that must be a burden to go through.
