windowblinds, color change

Wednesday, July 23, 2003 by Richard Mohler | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

using a windowblinds skin called shining by starone, and i go to display properties and change the one that says window from blue to white, like zodiaq said, but it won't work. keeps changing back to blue. want it white to save on ink because when it prints it has a blue background. seems to happen only on starone skins. any other suggestions? let me know, thanks, richard

Richard...you could download SkinStudio and make the change so it will permantly stick.

If you need assistance after you download, you can email me here [email protected]

Unless you're using the 'Windows Classic' setting, advanced settings will not over ride the skin settings. Maybe someone else knows of a way to do it thru WB (I don't) but you can't do it thru Display settings.

Just read Zodiaq~'s post......there you go

WBConfig has a place for setting colour.
