We wanted to make a 4th of July cursor but decided against it since there seems to be a backlash agains anything even remotely connected to the USA as a symbol..
Bummer...
But...regardless...we just wanted to show our faith in our country and say...

The original post was simplistic, but at the same time the post carried a lot of substance and the author left no ambiguity about a terrible problem that exists in the world today That problem is simply this ….why should an American be ashamed of the American flag?
There seems to be a backlash of anti American sentiment in many parts of the world. Worse than that, it seems this avalanche of prejudice has only just begun. The complaints of the international community as it relates to Americans seem to be based upon a perceived notion that Americans are warlike gluttonous self indulgent obnoxious and self righteous, that is unfortunate.
You will find American ingenuity all over the world today … American taxpayers pay a lot of money to try to make the world safer and with less hunger and disease. When I think of the fourth of July and the flag I think of great men like Abraham Lincoln who helped shape America into a just country by standing up against the brutal injustice of slavery, “As I would not be a slave, so I would not be a master. This expresses my idea of democracy.” Abraham Lincoln (1809-1865)
I think of the bravery FDR had shown in the face of an enemy attack, when he stood before congress and asked for a declaration of war following the bombing of Pearl Harbor. “December 7, 1941—a date which will live in infamy—the United States of American was suddenly and deliberately attacked by naval and air forces of the Empire of Japan.”
I think of Ronald Reagan disregarding all his advisors to make a bold demand of Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachov “Mr. Gorbachov tear down this wall.” Ronald Reagan … a man who after being shot could remain calm and even share a joke with doctors scrambling to save his life “I hope your all Republicans.”
I think of our president now … I voted for him I believe what he is doing is the right thing. A lot of people seem to think that WMD need to be found in Iraq, I personally don’t need to see that discovery to justify removing saddam …. As far as I am concerned any leader that openly celebrated September 11th needs to be removed from power.
I will not forget this wound to our country, or those who inflicted it. I will not yield I will not rest I will not relent in waging this struggle for the freedom and security of the American people.

here's what I think:
I can't be sent anywhere for saying I'm wiccan (even if I were). Or if I plege allegiance(which I don't know how, I've gone to a private school all my life). Or saying I don't like what we're doing. I'm expressing my beliefs, and that is my right to free speech. also, if someone tries to take me away 'cause I do, Then I'll feel threatened. I can attack them. a cop told me so

Me and my classmates can form a petition around our school, and we can stop people.
I am the only one with rights to my computer, save those with permission.
these are the my interpretations of parts of the bill of rights that I find importand to myself.
people didn't like Dr. Pepper because they said 'In one nation...Indivisible' why?
WHY, FREAKS? HUH? GOD ISN'T REAL! YA LIKE ME? HUH? actually, religion is probably a need for, I forgot the word, a need to feel non-ultimate. this may have been forgoten years ago, resulting in religion. just a thought

Yes the internet was invented by the US military in the late 60s and was used for military information and for universities. US military made the greatest contributions to computer science. Computers were originally developed by the military to make calculations need for launching weapons.
