Yet more help needed...

I'm having problems with the All Programs background, i've made the image and applied it but only the bottom right corner seems to be right, all the rest of the list is white, any ideas?

Check out your programs arrow. Maybe there's a transparecny problem there

Think i have it fixed, switching skins seems to be slowing down the changes made, hopefully its sorted for good.
