video tools icon/ blue help button

Hey guys, (i used to be offica wod, made a few blinds back in the day)
whilst skinning, is there a way to customize of get rid of the blue (or change) help icon at the top right of the open window? Plus the annoying 'Video tools" icon that will sit on the top window whenever there is a video in the opened folder? thx
