do u have 2 install webblinds separately from object desktop

Not quite sure what you mean. WebBlinds is component of Object Desktop available via the old Component Manager app (which you can download from startdock) or the new Stardock Central which is replacing it. So it you have a subscription to Object Desktop you should be able to download and install WebBlinds using either the CM or SDC.

I think you also can still buy WebBlinds as a standalone program from Stardock, but I think the freeware version may no longer be available. (At least it didn't seem to be the last time I looked.)
