Personally, I update the skins that I love to use myself, since the skinners are too busy to update all of their previous skins. Wasn't there a thread about people releasing their own personal updates to skins awhile ago before WindowBlinds 4 came out?

Oh, a tip for Logika users on XP which have purchased Carbonix, too : Until the real thing comes out, the shellstyles of Syncronus match Logika quite good. So You can fire up Your skinstudio, load Logika and import the shellstyles from Syncronus. It's not that difficult.

can't you just set the option in wbconfig to use the Syncronus shellstyles and the carbonix skin for everything else?
