Problem with windows 10 and wincustomize downloades

I have windows 10 home and something has occurred where I can no longer download anything from wincustomize.
I have uninstalled wincustomize and reinstalled it but the problem is the same, can anyone help me with this
problem?

Did you install or move Windowblinds itself to a different location other than the normal one sargan?

Yes I'm sure I did that, can you give me any suggestions on how to fix this problem

Yes, completely uninstall Windowblinds 10.65 after making sure you have backups of all your skins. Then go to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock and delete the Windowblinds folder. Reboot your computer. Then run a good registry cleaner, such as Wise Registry Cleaner or CClenaer (or both) and make sure the registry is clean. Then reinstall Windows 10.65 and see if things work.

sargan, your computer is messed up. If this happened recently I suggest you go back to a restore point when it was working properly.

Hope it works but be aware certain things you may have been working since the last restore point may get wiped out. That's why it's a good idea to have recent restore points.

I may be way out of my element here as I'm no expert by any means, but I did have a similar situation previously.
The suggestion given me that solved the problem was that after double-clicking the wba file, open Windowblinds, click the gear icon at upper right, and click "rebuild list".
