Problem with windows 10 and wincustomize downloades

I have windows 10 home and something has occurred where I can no longer download anything from wincustomize.
I have uninstalled wincustomize and reinstalled it but the problem is the same, can anyone help me with this
problem?

The problem is I'm not sure what your issue is. You mentioned you can't download in one post, and then something about installing in another.
In order to help, I really need a detailed description of what the issue is you are experiencing.
If you cannot download a skin, I need to know what exactly is happening. Your account is fine, so if you are being blocked from downloading, that is most likely an issue on your PC.

ID the first thing you mentioned was that I am not specific about my problem, in the new windowblind app it comes
with 12 windowblinds which I can install with no problems, now if I try to download a windowblind from the
windowblind site in the on wincustomize program the windowblind will download to my desktop but I cannot install
it at all that goes for any windowblind I want to download

I do not have a problem with downloading the windowblind to my PC but when I try to install it nothing happens

Downloading from WC and installing to WindowBlinds are two completely different things. That's where the confusion is since you mentioned you couldn't download.
What types of files are they? What happens when you double-click them?

they are *.wba files and when I try to install it, by double clicking on the wba file nothing happens

sargan....it is possible there is a hidden prompt asking for Admin privileges to install the Windowblind.

Go to settings and click 'Install new' and see what happens.

Kind of frustrated that the user is not know how to express himself well especially English may not his native language. 
- Turn off antivirus or sorts temporarily,it may hinder Windowblinds/Object Desktop package installed properly.
- Run this script: http://sd.stardock.com/zubaz/apps/Purge_WB.bat ,reinsall Windowblinds again.
- Still no go?? Run this execution file: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/odnt_zapper.exe ,reinstall Object Desktop again.

neither program worked, I did use the one where you have to download object desktop, I did uninstall object desktop and reinstall each program one at a time, thank you for the help

When you say nothing happens do you mean the WindowBlinds wba files you download and double-click do not show up in your list of installed WindowBlinds?
