has anyone evr noticed that this site has alot of content that hasnt been used in a while like the originally uploaded stuff. Since WB 4 came out thoihg there has been alot of rebirth of old skins and walls. I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this

Yes, the are updating the old skins. Great.
