Thoughts and Prayers Time Again, Folks! UPDATED!
Wiz Needs Our Help!

Guys, I ask again for thoughts and prayers for a friend.
Wiz (Randy) called me tonight to say that he's going into the hospital tomorrow.
He's bloated, jaundiced, and his ankles are swollen, and he's got purple toes.
Possibly liver failure.
Please, please send good vibes, thoughts, and prayers for Wiz!!
EDIT:
It is with a heavy heart that I have to tell you guys this sad news.
I just got off the phone with Randy. His biopsy, sent to Johns Hopkins, came back as cancer.
I was able to spend maybe 30 minutes with him Saturday as he passed through here on his way back to Illinois. He was weak, and frail.
Please send prayers and good thoughts his way.

This isn't the news I was hoping for, Wiz, not at all. I had hoped those spots they found were actually beans you'd eaten but had gone down the wrong way.... or something like that.... anything but this.
Anyway, old mate, you're in my thoughts and prayers.

Not the news we were all fervently hoping for...but you have the comfort of a very loving guardian angel to keep with you through coming times and all your family here who luv ya... 
Time now to regroup for the next stage of...how to fight the bastard!...
