What does it mean when it says 'Journeyman' in front of your name?

Thanks, Dark Mist. I'm waiting to finish the skin I'm working on until WB4 comes out so I check out the shell style parts I'm making. I can make them with SkinStudio 3 but I can't see them in action with WB 3.5

Dark....it's a credit to your perseverence....you've had quite a few rejected, yet are quite happy submitting more....something many more fragile 'egos' would not put up with...

A lot of times I'll click on someone's name and then take a look at their skins but some didn't have any so I figured there was some other way to get elevated without making any skins or anything.
