Hello, hello again.....
Thursday, March 13, 2003 by JamMeister33 | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk
I have read all of the rules from A to Z and nowhere was I able to locate any reference to the fact that I am not allowed to voice my own opinion.
Evidently, unless I kiss everyone's "hiney" and am all lovey-dovey like certain other neurotic persons who will go unnamed, I will be penalized and/or ostracized from the community since I am not conforming to the general hypocritical mood....
I removed my wallpapers and such since they had obviously had run their course and were no longer of much interest to anyone..
I would think that the freed up space would be appreciated, but no, instead I am now a mere Citizen as though I never contributed a single thing to this site.
Have I left anything out?, are there any people who wish to burn me further?
Any real comments from anyone?, especially administrators, who have something more than vindictiveness to contribute?

1) we are in metro Detroit (no high rises, we're in a one story building))
2) there are no cubicles
3) "I" am the one who tackles people for not making more coffee

IPlural, I hope that you are feeling better. The story of your daughter made me smile. Sounds like something my daughter would do. Except, she would blame it on one of the dogs

Aiptek 12000u 12 inch x 9 inch active area. Its a large one but it only cost 160.00 after taxes. What I ment about using it, was setting up the pressure for the pen and also should I use the pen outside of art programs or use the mouse that came with it?
The reason I ask is both of them shoot across the screen and bounc around a bit, so I am wondering if I need to tweak the port settings or something?
Karmagirl
they are a gas aren't they?
I'm putting together a collage for my wall paper on this system and will post it as my screen shot. It has me at different stages of life and also when different one(s) are out and I am not, and my children and wife also
There is even one of me in a 3 piece suit with red tie

it's a long story, but I screwed up when younger and did it more than once with stupid human tricks, now they are wanting to operate again. The nerve blocks did not work because the spinal canal starting at t12 and running down to L5 is way too small and I loose use of my legs at times, and at other times I am in so much pain I have to leave the room so my daughter doesn't see me cry. I was heading in for Fusion in two places in my neck and then delamonectomy at four and maybe a fith location in my lower back (cutting out the back side of the vertibra to make room in spinal canal) but I backed out because the doctor is a kook. I went to this new guy and he said we try pain management before anything so he set me up for nerve blocks. Well the steroids seem to have interacted wrong with my system and my potasium levels are way below normal, so all my muscle are cramping up so much I can not move at times. Also my kidneys swelled up and I am now retaining loads of water, so they are going to let things get back to noirmal such as it was, and then they are going to decide where and what they are going to cut out of me

then my neck and then my left hip...
anyway...

It doesn't need any special settings that I am aware of. I also use it in conjunction with my regular mouse for selecting menu items and such. The pen is difficult for making menu choices so I use my regular mouse for that. I only use the stylus when I am actually drawing something with it. Don't know if that helps you any because you have a different tablet.

yes it does, I know it sounds silly asking those questions, but I wasn't sure if it was my ignoance of them or if it actually was that fraked out inside of windows...

what pressure setting you have your pen set to normally?
OHHHH
I was playing around with a Dual 1gtz G4 with 1 gig of ram last night at CompUSA.. It loaded a 65 meg Photoshop file click *BANG*, freaking sweet...

As for the tablet. I would like to see anything you produce on this 160.00 wonder.

me too !! this is totally new to me and kinda odd, because I am so used to looking down where my pencil is and not up at the screen. Going to take a bit I think. I'd of bought the Wacom Intuos 2 but for the price of this one, others this resolution and size are priced 400.00 and up so I grabbed it. It is way to large for my laptop though. hell it is bigger than my laptop !!!

the Wacom has some good write up's on it also so I know I'll pick one up in the future. Fit into my laptop bag just right too

Wacom, CalComp, Sumagraphics and HP a;; made/make fantastic Digitizers, I can only guess who well the tablets would end up being, but man they sure brought a lot of knowldge with then
when they started making them

I am still messing with a secure portal setup so I haven't even had time to play yet
