Doesnt the admin scrutinize enough? or shuold it?

Jam: Apologies. I was looking at the wrong Whirling Dervish in your section. Was looking at Whirling Dervish 5 and it had a resemblance but was not exactly the same. Now I have seen the light so to speak. A bit foolish of him to upload with the same name.

pjpowell, I think this is the same guy who was doing this there a few months ago. The MO is identical, he takes other peoples work and tacks a 1280 onto the end of the identical title and calls it his own. He was booted then, but I think he came back under another name and is doing the same thing.

JM they have removed the offending rip. I posted on DA's RIP Report board and got an earfull geez... but as soon as they seen it they finally did something about it.

§tatic, I submitted FIVE policy violations over two days and they just ignored me..
Finally, I left a comment on his rip telling him I would have my lawyer sue him if he didn't remove it, and within
ten minutes I received a policy violation from DA for harassing the guy!!!
Yes, they did finally remove it but I still have the policy violation on my page... >

On the topic of "rip offs"... what do you call what I do... since I can't find a DX theme that I like, I take others and mix and match to my liking, however it is only on my computer and nowhere else. I don't upload it anywhere or give a "copy" to others, why? because I know it's wrong, but I also want my computer to be unique.
