How often do you use the message board?

I have noticed that I’m starting to get familiar with the names of allot of people on this message board. I'm just curious how much people use the message board, and how much time roughly they spend here.
I tend to only post a few questions here, but I do try and offer help if I can. I don't know the total amount of user on WC (allot) but there are certain people you see here often, and others hardly ever or never.

i check the board about 2 times a day on work days, I am here all day on my days off.

I hate rips. I don't think we can stop them all.
