User ID#'s

What does the User ID#'s refer too? I'm assumming it has something to do with how long you have been here...or somewhere. I'm curious because my number is fairly low compared to what I see for many others.

Don't always go be that number. I used another persons logon for 6 months before I got my own. Guess I cheated.
