How long does it take for a file to be added in the newest additions ?

You must have upped a small image, not a full screen-sized jpg.
We need at least an 800x600 jpg.
[That's 'Calling'].
I assume the other wall was moderated.

Finally, my mother got fed up of the cable company's empty promises of cable-modem service, and did just that - had all of the phone wiring redone, inside and out - now she's cruising along happily at 50k. Not bad for somebody living in the middle of nowhere!
But me, I'll stick with the cable.

Our problem is, SWB refuses to replace outdated cabling and pedestals. I've had 3 of their techs tell me they are constantly patching things out here.

All you need is a full size image to upload in jpg form...and the 'thing' to be downloaded in zip form.
Don't get much simpler than that...

... it took me 5 hours to create each of them and duh they got rejected .... will some1 show me the way 2 the your terms and conditions or something ... i wanna know what type of wallpapers you people exactly prefet ...

You should have received an email...in particular, one work has the clear indication of a poorly covered signature which suggests the work 'may' not be your own...and verification was/is required.
The second was simply 'moderated', as it was not a great example of 3D Studio Max in action...
