NOOBIE PROBLEM WITH THEME

hey everyone im new to this board but im not new at getting themes or wallpapers or anything like that. i am wondering though if i am doing something wrong when i try to download this theme http://skins.stardock.com/adni18/conv/tXPPrimeWS.jpg
for some reason it doesnt want to download or says its done but i dont know what program to open the file with. i am using stylexp to run my stuff. any help would be greatly appreciated

StyleXP is a different [inferior] animal....it's the wrong skin application...

ya i got it now. i read into the program that needs to run that theme and figured it all out, thank you both anyways.
i am also using opera browser vs internet explore browser and see that even though opera has some cool options it doesnt match the IE browser. i couldnt seen this post on while using opera browser because i posted it on IE browser, so i was looking for this post like a chicken with its head cut off. think i will go back to IE browser for good.

Opera is OK....used it for years..but if you use both then you have to remember to refresh...
