Negativity vs. Positivism

I know this is a late post that will be disregarded but I had to make it just the same…
I’m sorry but negativity just breeds more of the same.
Maybe I’m a ‘Pollyanna’ but I like to think positive especially online because you see positive vibes in ‘action’ and also negative ones with the click of a mouse or a ‘refresh’ browser button and wouldn’t it be refreshing to not talk religion or politics or try to push our personal beliefs or personal ‘buttons’ for that matter but rather be neutral brothers and sisters?
When it all boils down…everyone wants to be loved and hugged and accepted no matter what race, creed or religion and if people can be a positive influence even in just a teensy way then it promulgates a positive attitude in all its best aspects.
I think deep down…we all want to connect and to make this world better…and ugliness and cynicism helps nobody whilst acceptance and patience and true forgiveness and empathy serves everyone equally and with love and with no prejudice
The beautiful thing about WC is it IS a melting pot of the WORLD…I am PROUD to be a member of such an all encompassing and loving website that embraces all people from everywhere.
When I “hug you” guys…I MEAN it…and don’t EVER feel lonesome because I will be thinking of you and sending you warm fuzzies.

Yes...it sure is a melting pot....
I still remember the time when people were talking about the difficulties of going into Afghanistan to fight....and a guy [member] came on and said 'yes...it WAS hard....'.....and he was an [ex] soldier who fought there....a Russian soldier...

There are folks from everywhere visiting here...people of every race, religion and politial background. It's a delicate balancing act for everyone to get along and I think Shmoopy's positive vibes in action can help everyone get along, whether it's just cynicism, or being a good winner as well as a good loser. We are all different, let's just celebrate those differences in a positive way.

I noted earlier about being a good winner as well as being a good loser, I didn't want to post anything in those threads, but a Buc fan got a bit out of hand rubbing it in. I'm a Buc fan too but I certainly don't condone rubbing it in on the loser...it's great to celebrate a win and have a few jabs in fun, but ya don't have to carry on and on. For the most part that person does not represent a real Bucs fan, most all I have seen here with that exception have minded their manners and have been good winners just as the Raider Fans have been good losers. Only one team could have won...but both teams were the best of the best.
Being a good sport also spills over to life in general and how you relate to others. Shmoopy pretty well summed it up with her post
