Well, things took another nose dive, my new TV arrived on Thursday, 5 days earlier than expected and she sent it back, 

Moreover, she gets to keep the $999 because she ordered it for me via her Kogan account. 

Unfuckingbelievable, ripped off by my former mother.... someone I was supposed to have been able to trust.

So now the gloves are off.... big time...

The Win 8 Pro tablet she plans... er, planned to take to England... the invoice is in my name [which is what the cop said about my TV.... she technically owns it

So guess what?  I turn up with the cops tomorrow [have to because she had me removed and they are required to keep the peace, which in fact is in my favour cos she can't speak directly to me under the act... silence is golden] to get the rest of my stuff, and then I'm having her charged with the theft of my Asus tablet.

Furthermore, I have 3 witnesses who heard her say that she sympathised with the Islamic State terrorist group and blamed the West for all the trouble/conflict.  As I recall, we have new laws regarding terrorist sympathisers/supporters and flying out of the country.... so I doubts she'll be heading to the UK because on Wednesday I'm alerting Customs and Immigration in relation to her comments/crazy ideals.. the fact she can't be trusted.

No, I'm not a nice person... but then I've been given no reason to want to be [in this matter].   Thus far this miserably failed exercise has cost me in excess of $2500 - moving twice thus far, the loss of my $1000 TV, ongoing expenses that she generated while I was there - and I'm not done paying because of her yet.  When I find myself another residence I'll have to pay to move all my stuff again... so inconvenience at the airport, etc is more than well deserved IMO.

I'm not finished there, either.  While we were waiting for the cops to arrive this morning, Shaunna and I watched my scavenging sister load stuff she knows is mine into her car and take it away, so a theft complaint will be lodged against her as well.  I thought that I could rely on her to talk some sense into my mother and organise for my TV to be delivered to me, but no such luck. No she took mother's side with that regard, so I will have police check to see if the bitch has it at her address, cos that is a distinct possibility, given how much stuff of mine she drove off with.

Yup, I'm bitter, very bitter, and with good reason, so vengeance is mine sayeth the starkers, and he shall mete it out with positive glee should his now bitter and twisted and aggrieved mind devise ways within the law and so desire it.

Anyway, I'm off to read 101 Undetectable Chinese Tortures to see if it contains anything of interest... bye.

the tele was really bad timing.... the tablet... yep... get it off her... but the Islamic State stuff is a bit of a stretch.... she's hardly off to Syria to join the fight... and not likely to fund them... unless they want a $999 tele she has spare...... the cops are probably just going to look at her and thinks she's on the dementia side really....  cut your losses... tell em all to bugger off and cut the cord...

Anyway, the old cow added 3 more enemies to the list today when I went back for the last of my stuff.... my brother's former wife and son, her new partner.  Steve's brother and I copped a gobful of abuse and threats towards me were made.  Oh well, they'll come off worst.  I have enough information to put them all away for a few years... and I have absolutely no hesitation to divulge it to the relevant authorities.

They should have had more sense than to severely piss off somebody who knows about their criminal enterprises, so again, it's deserved.

While I don't really know you or your situation, I can say that approaching any situation in the manner you seem to want to conclude this one is likely not to yield anything positive.  Not least of all for you. 

From your posting history on these forums one can glean you may have health issues on top of all of these personal issues with family etc.  I don't think anyone needs to tell you the stresses imposed on mind/body by anxiety, frustration, anger etc. etc. don't lead to a healthier place, for either mind or body.

Please take heed of the comments of others in this thread advising you to cut your losses and focus on the future.  Focus on the people in your life who are with you and instead of looking to punish those who aren't, just leave those behind.  I know, everything is so much easier said than done.  Just thought I'd reiterate the thoughts of others in this thread.

Here's hoping things work out for you in a way that lessens your stress and reduces friction between you and yours.

Well I offered an olive branch and suggested a more peaceful conclusion with the return of my money, etc, but it was rejected and I'm left with no option but to have the woman charged with theft.

Both, but the cops are as useless as tits on a bull. Despite more than enough evidence to support my complaint, the cops gave me nothing but piss weak excuses as to why they 'can't' act.  Oh well, there's more than one way to skin a cat... time to get creative.

I am not sure of your laws in the land down under but I do know the laws here in the states that you cannot hold a persons property in your circumstance I have been down that road. Unless you voluntarily surrender your property they cannot withhold your property from you. Do they have tenant landlord laws their. The police escorted me to retrieve my property which the owner had no choice but to let me retrieve my property at that time can this help you ?

The thing I learnt today is that cops don't give a flying fuck about personal property other than their own or that of the wealthy.  Fine!  If that's the way it has to be, then I appeal to their inner 'revenue raising' selves and reel off a whole raft of breaches/infringements they actually give a stuff about.  Nobody fucks me over and gets away with it.
