Why can I not comment on new skins? Whenever I try it will not accept it when I click on submit.

The chief offenders are "Adblock", "Adblock Plus" and "NoScripts". "DoNotTrackMe" is another.

Found out it was my tracking protection. Thanks for the help guys.

Most likely a browser addon that's preventing cookies. Set it/them to allow for the site and it'll work for you...
