A simple solution for the average raiting!

When you upload one of your creation, simply add a checkbox to the average rating if you desire to have the opinion of others about your work!
And if someone is really yours has expressed it on your céation little to do with a comment

SEVERAL people have found that it felt offend the way it works, I thought I had a solution to please everybody, the next time I want help I will not speak

Not at all offended...the whole topic has been talked to death, and there's no real solution for any of it apart from Moderators keeping their eye on things. You can do a search in Forums and see the plethora of posts on the topic. Also, no special button regarding comments is really needed...just don't look. In your description of the skin, you can tell anyone having a problem with the skin to pm you.
It's all really so unnecessary...because the ratings and downloads only cause people to be offended or obsessed with them. If one has people he thinks give an honest opinion, then they can be asked to take a look and give an opinion while the skin is being made.

Here's another idea...forget the ratings, forget the downloads.
Skin for yourself and be your own harshest critic.
But when I do that, I get absolutely nothing done...
