Is there any way to have an animated background?

I'm looking at some of these wallpapers, and I think a lot of them would look better with a little animation (mostly the computer-lookin ones... I can't remember the name, but there's one that is orange and gray that has a world wireframe on it) Is there away to do this?

oh yeah now I remember GTRipple forgot about that one, that's been around for a while and is nice you can download some beautiful scenic wallpapers w/ oceans and make the water look like it is moving and stuff (really nice) you'll like that one alot.
