I sent an email to the "info" address and left a comment (though it didn't register my nick).
It's really discouraging to see comments like "I was going to rip this myself". How do these guys figure they will ever be accepted or taken seriously in the skinning community when they promote the theft of artist's work?
It's up to the sites and the site admins (this goes for Neowin too) to make their policy regarding plagarism clear to their visitors. They need to start banning rippers and posting clear, unmistakable policy statements to try to stop this. Or, at least appear to be trying to stop it...
