Skinbrowser Update to Latest Skins?

Perhaps I am missing something...but when I use Skinbrowser and select a category (i.e. CursorXP) it doesn't list all of the latest uploads, it only goes to May 12th. Is there something I should be doing to get the categories syncronized with what is actually on the website?

You can 'Refresh' in Skins and Themes which add the latest skins to the 'Updates' feature but doesn't update Skins and Themes (Why, I don't know). Or you can choose View/Refresh Library Database which updates the whole lot but takes ages.
If anyone knows a better way let me know - its currently quicker to see new stuff on the web site than mess with Skins and Themes. I know its there in updates but that's not the point! >

How Do U Get Skin Browser? Ive Heard Alot About It But I Dont Know How To Get It or If It Costs Anything

Sorry about the double post. This skin browser is starting to really piss me off. Its taken me ten minutes to get that reply going and then I had to shut down skinbrowser and restart it again to see what had happened. That happens frequently. Plus this update crap = not a happy bunny. > > >

OK, the VIEW / REFRESH LIBRARY DATABASE worked like a charm. Only took about 10 seconds on my connection, but I could see how it could be a hindrance for dial-up users.

I had to shut down this morning after trying to apply a skin via skinbrowser, not even CTRL-ALT-Del would get me out, had
