Hello Community! It's been awhile since my last post. Been very busy and a long, long way from home. Does anyone out there remember my son Ethan? (https://forums.wincustomize.com/170219) He's now 8 years old, healthy and strong. While I've been away he has been very active in Cub Scouts. They are starting a new year and with that comes their annual popcorn sales program. Not being there with him, I wanted to try to help out anyway I can so I set up an account online where people can go and order popcorn and have it shipped right to their homes. Any orders online go towards his Scout Rewards and I was hoping to have him be the top seller for his pack this year. That would make him smile I'm sure. I'm told he worked very hard last year walking the neighborhood trying to get as many sales as he could but it didn't turn out too great.

All you had to do was read reply number #1 and you will know the OFFICIAL status of the thread.
The specific reason that guaranteed its acceptance/suitability was I am aware as to why messiah1 wasn't at home with his son....

And hey Steve! How's things going for you? Nice thing supporting the scouts!
Hey bud! Things are going great. Thank you for asking. Scouts has been a great place for Ethan as he's a bit shy so it's nice to have him somewhere that he gets interaction with other kids his age, outside of school. He's a super smart boy and I'm glad he likes Scouts. As I understand it, he'll be starting with the cross-country team soon. He's a tireless runner so I think that'll be a good fit for him.

Good to hear ur doing well..and the little guy is growing like a sprout.
Will talk with the Mrs and see what we can do to help the lil trooper
My Ethan was in cub scouts but here the parents all but killed off their fun with innerfighting and Politics amongst themselves.. So we looked for alternatives..
If Ethan decides he wants a more "Family biz" type of troop to join, look up Sea cadets or young Marines. all Four of mine are in the sea cadets and are having a blast. ( they actually rode the USS.Iowa in to port this year).. Would have joined them in the young marines but I didnt know about the program at the time.
One a side note one wants to go Marine corp. two wants to go navy and one wants airforce. Should prove to be interesting having a couple of squiddies a jarhead and a fly boy all under one roof.. LOL

only if it's left out overnight with the caramel uncovered and exposed to the air.... keep it airtight and it'll remain crisp....
which one did you get?.... I'm currently salivating over the caramel one with almonds and pecans.... 
I'm so glad Ethan's thriving so well after that health scare.... that's great news....
I love that you can use the internet to help support him and be involved with this even though you're so far away... it's really cool... what a great Dad....
