As for vertical taskbars, yes, I've been known to use them because sometimes I place an additonal QuickLaunch bar on the side of the screen for qick access to all my programs.

Personaly I don´t use them, because when I make a skin, I already make it with the butoons I usaully use.
I believe this could be most useful for non skining users, to change the buttons of a skin that they don´t need for another he wanted to have.

Vertical taskbars...I use them...errr... just to set up a wb skin to see if the graphics are ok, other then that, NEVER!

2. Taskbar is always at the top, set to autohide (don't need it)

I know what it means, but I don't know where it is... are you talking about the maximize-minimize etc buttons?
