Msgboard Chatroom Marathon

Honestly, I would go to IRC for this kind of stuff, but if any of you have been there recently, everyone seems to be...inactive. Sooooooooo, out of boredom, I'm turning a thread among this msgboard into a chat room, anyone care to join? =P.

It's Sunday night, and I'm bored out of my mind. There's much to do, but I'm too lazy to get around to do it. My boyfriend is busying trying to get Visual Studios to work so I can't talk to him on the phone....and we can't seem to talk over the phone anyways...it'll just be silence mostly.

New Semester started........so anyone alive out there to join Elffie in this chat marathon? =P

Let's try not to let this post hang for over 2 hours, hm? =P

Nice photographs, fuzzy.   Congrats on the publication!

I often think WC should have a photo section... but the rating system would put me off
   That's what I mean.  A lot of people get put off.  I can understand why the rating system exists, and know that it won't change.  But I think that having the ability to have a personal gallery that a person can control might be a good alternative.  It would also be a nice subscrition perk.

Eeek, I submitted a skin   It's been sitting there part finished for months...

Fuzzy, what photo editing software do you use?  I like that Microsoft Digital Image... it doesn't match up to a really good graphics program, but it  has things that I like.  (it makes it easy to get a horizon straight)

Hey Fuzzy, I remember when....had lots of fun on here, especially with Feline doing his thing. Wonder where he is lately. Maybe if we talk about him enough he'll prowl on in, if he's not too busy with his chocolates anyway. I'm fine and back to my mischievous self. Wonder what I could do next to get the ball rolling in here? My but this thread has grown. I think it may be the longest one in history.

GM: For my photos I start of with Nikon View to convert my RAW files to Tiff, adjust contrast, white balance and exposure (if required). The Tiff files are then processed in PaintShop Pro 7, which has PanoTools attached to correct any distortion/chromatic aberration. If the photos are high speed (noisy images) or film (grainy) I run them through Neat Image.

PSP 7 is where I create all my images for skins too. I have Photoshop 5 but it's not installed - I find PSP much easier to use.

 I didn't really know what I was looking for when I went camera shopping.  Mine doesn't give me RAW images.  I would look for that now, and a lot more too.  I am trying to work more with histograms, both when I snap the shot and when Edit the image.

  I finally got a real computer desk, so i put my table on the lani and today i planted crops!  I'll have tomatoes, cabbage, and summer squash!  its my first garden.

  ... maybe ol' crab with come back to his treehouse too.

 

I think feline is working real hard at a couple of jobs.  But maybe he will drop in sometime... especially if starone gets the nurse uniform and furryness test.

I will have to wear a nurse's uniform? That doesn't sound good. No, never took the furryness test. It sound warm though.

This is getting interesting indeed. Feline in a nurse's uniform. No wonder I couldn't find it. He is indeed a naughty kitty. Wonder if he is still on Mars, or was that Pluto renamed to Feline in his honor? Yup, bet that's where he is, on the planet, eating chocolates and wearing a nurse's uniform - sitting there with a fendish grin 'cause he's watching everyone going crazy trying to find the uniform, licking his paws, and enjoying every minute of it. Think I've figured it all out now. Thanks for the clue Fuzzy.

i have made a discovery, working two jobs is tiring
i have also discovered that avoiding things that depress me makes me less depressed - i have been experimenting with being less depressed, and i have decided that i like this

as for the furry test, it seems to me that GM never got has 6 monthly furry re-test, so now we have two people who need furry testing!!!

as for the nurses uniform, why should i take it off? it makes me look all cute and sexy! *feline likes looking cute and sexy*
