Honestly, I would go to IRC for this kind of stuff, but if any of you have been there recently, everyone seems to be...inactive. Sooooooooo, out of boredom, I'm turning a thread among this msgboard into a chat room, anyone care to join? =P.
It's Sunday night, and I'm bored out of my mind. There's much to do, but I'm too lazy to get around to do it. My boyfriend is busying trying to get Visual Studios to work so I can't talk to him on the phone....and we can't seem to talk over the phone anyways...it'll just be silence mostly.
New Semester started........so anyone alive out there to join Elffie in this chat marathon? =P
Let's try not to let this post hang for over 2 hours, hm? =P

Eating in the nude, eh? That would be Ok at home, but I doubt that would fly at work.

I was wondering, how old is everyone who chats on here? I'm starting to feel old. I turn 29 again on Monday. My Mom keeps telling me that I will be 30, but I just can't believe her!

ppl never believe it when they turn 21, 30, 40 and 50 after that maybe it won't matter if we can believe it, probably the hard part will be remembering it... hehe

Doreen, I think I am like that too. Most people think that my Mom is my daughter's Mom, then when i tell them she is *my* daughter, they look at me weird. I always get carded when I buy alcohol, so I must look around 21 to a lot of people. *sigh* I guess it just seems wrong not to be in the "20's" anymore. At least my husband is a year older than me, so that makes me feel better

first thing most wanna know is your age? you tell them and they say "What! no way!" then you say okay I'm 10 does that make you feel better? hehe
age is nothing to get too hung up on, after all we are all moving in the same direction (cept crae he said he is perpetually 16) hehe
at any rate enjoy the minutes & the day, no one is immune to death at any age just look at dredwork he recently passed away at 17 (he was a skinner around these skinning sites Java in case you hadn't heard) plus I look at death alot in diff ways w/ my job both statistically and physically so I know
and what is your age btw are you like 29 X 2 or what? hehe

Dorreen, yeah, I had heard about Dredwork. That was really sad. There is a lady on a diet board that I chat with whose husbadn has cancer. He has been fighting it for about a year, and they just quit chemo because it spread to both lungs and to his brain, and they can no longer help him. It's so sad. Makes you take a look at your own mortality.
I will be 30 on May 6th. On June 1st I will celebrate 7 years at Stardock (which, actually, makes me feel older than turning 30), I celebrated my 6 year anniversary with my husband on April 13th (that makes me feel old, too) and I have a 3 1/2 year old daughter (who likes to tell me that I'm old on a daily basis). My husband told my daughter that I will be 10 times her age, so now she has started reminding me of that...*sigh* I think I'll get drunk and stay that way for the weekend. That way, Monday can sneak up on me.

my 5 yo calls me his princess I call him Lord Farquaad, cuz his height(we watch Shrek too much) hehe

I'm in Cali
and no I can't recall seeing a machine msg EDIFACT? though I see many other msgs that love to throw me out of the program to the desktop when I'm building a report and I'm about 150 steps & 2 hours into it! argh!
however all msgs are logged and saved for the devs on the HD for them cuz that part is "not" my specialty so I don't even try to figure the msgs they are too cryptic.
I don't quite understand what you mean by what you do for a living feline? but mine consist of building reports, populations and universes (yes that sounds weird universes) I don't ask I just do it, hehe

Some of the Stardock crew and myself went out for Sushi today. It was a lot of fun!

i hope you arent harboring any thoughts of stopping this threads growth! starone and i broke the problems with OB thread in two since it was getting big (all 200 posts of it *snigger*), and it just wasnt the safe after that.
look at it this way, this thread shows that this site is growing as a person, and developing its own excentricities. therefore it should be treasured for the wonderous thing that it is
