Windowblinds 3 for Windows XP Tweak.

Does anyone know of a tweak for WB 3 that lets you see the skinned window borders when the window is fully maximized? I seen it somewhere but I don't remeber where. I checked the WB configuration but there is no option for it. I probably seen it on the web. Please help if you can.

It is in Skin Studio under Tweak your feel..
