Well XP and HP 5100c don't like each-other.
The BSOD is a little more enlightening though...
I guess it's off to HP I go [yet again] to find a second-rate patch for XP....[One of the most common scanners around, and HP doesn't support post-'98 properly at all....just a poor patch that causes crashes in install]...
