As individuals and as a community, we should remember events and History.
Those of us that may have lost family, loved one and friends need to move on with our lives, honoring those we have lost.

No, I meant the paragraph pertaining to him being off the grid, yet having all that tech gadgetry.
You don't have all that stuff with you, or allow it anywhere near you if you're trying to stay off the grid.
And as to whether I believe it or not, all I'm saying,
is something doesn't sound quite right about various aspects of this news.
I don't have enough evidence/information to form an opinion whether it's true or not,
whether it happened as they say it did or not.
But I know this "our side" are not all as innocent as some would like to believe,
for that reason, I don't just blindly follow the flag,
I try to consider all available information before forming an opinion.

I mentioned about 4 pages ago that it is simple political suicide for anyone to be having a lend of the truth about his demise.
If the Prez has stated Bin Laden is dead then you can take it as GOSPEL.
If it were NOT the case his [Obama] career would end the instant it was proven to be false.... and the US would forever be the target of ridicule of the rest of the planet... and probably for the rest of time.

Uvah, our OWN country (the US) is an example of occupation -- I'm pretty sure if you ask any Native Americans, they will tell you it would be nice if the occupiers would get out of their country. This is how the world works now -- it's global. You either adapt or die. Both of us know there are a lot of people who wouldn't mind turning the middle east into a parking lot. I don't need to "think like they do" -- they need to start thinking like we do; I've already had to adapt to their presence in my world (I took an airplane from Florida to Wisconsin -- the fact that "they" are in my world is pretty obvious with all the check-in security I had to go through).
Look, nobody would love to pull all "our" stuff back into our country and put a big fence around it more than me. However, every time I have this debate with people they tell me "that's being protectionist" and they will tell me how that's not going to work. We can't go back to the days of countries and regions--it's like putting tooth paste back into the tube. We live in a global world and the Arab world knows this--they are the last holding out to having their cake and eating it too. They need to friggin' adapt. They have our toys, they have cell phones and internet and automobiles--it's not like they're ALL living isolated in the desert. They need to make the next step -- quit demanding we show sensitivity to their culture without them showing a little sensitivity to ours.
Why is it that it's okay for them to bring in explosives and destroy our people, take out our icons, but when some yahoo preacher in Florida threatens to burn a Q'uran the entire Muslim world is ready to wipe our whole country out? Why must they blow these things out of proportion. Wouldn't it be much more of an even justice for them to just buy a Bible and burn it?

They are jealous of the western nations because we are 'blessed countries" (food ect prosperity...ect)
When they come to your country (illegally) they demand mosques be built, everything has to be allah (meat slaughtering ect) and berka's are everywhere.

I do agree with that. Every country has extremist and some are as much in your face as Al-Qaeda. We simply tolerate them because they are not blowing up buildings. Take for example the kkk or the mafia or even the hells angels for that matter. Are these groups not extremist who ruin our countries with organised crime which includes drugs and murder?

Seems like that would only lead to a discussion about whether or not the neutral independent source was actually neutral and independent. (And I personally do believe that frequently they are not.)
