How do I create AVI shell animations?

How do I go about creating shell animations and converting them to AVI for things like the Move, Copy, Delete File, etc dialog windows. I'm sorta new to this area of skinning so I'd like some help.

If you have Paint Shop Pro, use Animation Shop. Bare in mind images have to be 8bit, just like shell large images. They will work fine as 24bit but looks messed up in WB config.

I drew mine layer by layer in photoshop and then put them together in flash.
