Bootskin problems??

Hello.
I have installed bootskin on my fresh installed windows XP with service pack 3
now. Whatever bootskin i load... the skin does load on start, but then the computer crashes. I have to start in safe mode and now just went trough msconfig and marked /NOGUIBOOT so i have no boot screen. Then nothing crashes and everything works perfect.
Also baught windowblinds, and this runs perfectly.
Anyone know where the problem might be that it keeps on crashing, no matter wich bootscreen i use?
Also sorry for posting this in her,e since i couldn't find any threads about bootskin.
Hopeing someone can help me out, cause i've seen many cool bootskins, but can't use one of em

Hi bungieke.......bootskin does not always behave well with your puter....depends on your bios........here is a link to two more alternative bootskin downloads that may work for you.... if none of them do....then just outa luck sadly.......
